Client story

Client story: the first client

Few people arrive here excited, most arrive tired, after many attempts. Your starting point is allowed to be exactly what it is, and that's where we begin.

The starting point

Few people arrive here excited. Most arrive tired. There are many attempts behind them, and each one ended at the same point it started.

Tuija described her own starting point like this: “I started with the thought that this was my last straw. I'd succeed now or never. Behind me were so many attempts and so many disappointments. My biggest fear was social pressure: how would I cope with it.”

There are two things in that which come up almost every time. The first is the suspicion that something is wrong with you. The second is other people's eyes: the coffee table, the catering at work, family gatherings. Neither is proof that someone doesn't want it enough.

You're not broken. The environment changed. People didn't. Your starting point is allowed to be exactly what it is, and that's where we begin. You don't need to tidy it up before starting.

The first step in changing how you eat

The first step isn't a list of what you're not allowed to eat. It's the opposite. Add first.

The coaching begins with a stretch where you practise eating good food and drinking enough water, before anything is cut out. It sounds too small to matter. That's exactly why it holds: your body and mind get time to adjust one step at a time, and you don't have to solve everything in the same week.

Anitra put it briefly: “I didn't expect how much of a difference just drinking water and eating nourishing food ended up making.”

There are six stages, and you move through them in order. You move to the next only once the last has settled. Understanding comes first, rules only after. It's a slower way to start than a forbidden-food list, and that's why the beginning doesn't feel like a punishment.

What changed

Change rarely shows up in what someone says first. It shows up in what they say right after.

Amanda described her own three-month stretch like this: “I started by changing my relationship with food and with myself. In 3 months I lost more than 15 kg, but that wasn't the important part. The pain eased, my medication could be reduced, and for the first time in a long time I actually feel good. This wasn't a diet, it was a way of finding a way of eating that actually works for me.”

Notice the order. The number comes first, and she brushes past it herself in the very next sentence.

Reducing medication is Amanda's own experience and her doctor's decision. WILDERBODY® does not direct or promise medication changes. Those are always made together with your own doctor.

Book a discovery call

If this sounded familiar, the next step isn't a purchase decision. It's a conversation.

The discovery call is about a 30-minute conversation, person to person. No script, no pressure. It asks more than it tells: what you've already tried, where it fell apart, and what your daily life looks like right now. You can also ask the thing you haven't dared ask anywhere else.

After the call you'll know whether this fits you. If it doesn't, that gets said out loud. There is no wrong door, and no one is left on a list waiting for a call they never asked for.

Please keep in mind that the coaching supports your everyday choices and doesn't replace your own doctor's care. Let's find out, without hurry, whether this is the right thing for you.
