THE WILDERBODY PROGRAM · SIX STAGES

Six stages.
One sunrise.

The three-month trail from your first shift in mindset to a way of eating that’s finally yours. Scroll to start walking.

STAGE 01 · MINDSET FOUNDATION

It starts in your head, not on your plate.

We start with the important foundational work of changing your mindset around food. This is where most programs fail — because without changing your behavior, it’s easy to fall back into all your old habits. Most people find these first 14 days to be the most powerful and transformational, because they finally start to “get” why they eat the way they do.

STAGE 02 · SUGAR & CARB CRAVINGS

See the cravings coming.

We’ll then start working on understanding sugar and carbohydrate cravings so that they don’t sabotage your success along the way. You’ll also learn how the food industry uses clever marketing tricks to keep you addicted.

STAGE 03 · CLEANSE & RESET

Clear the ground.

The next step is preparing your body to remove toxins and reset in preparation for the next phase.

STAGE 04 · REAL FOOD CRAVING

Learn to want the real thing.

We’ll then build on this by training your body to crave REAL, non-processed foods. This is when most people see their energy and mood shift so drastically that they no longer need stimulants like coffee to get them through the day — or a glass of wine to unwind after a long one.

STAGE 05 · METABOLISM

Fat becomes fuel.

By this point you may notice an increase in your metabolism as you learn to burn fat as a source of energy.

STAGE 06 · PERSONALIZE & INTEGRATE

Now make it yours.

The final stage is combining everything you’ve learned to create lasting change — and personalize how YOU want to eat, based on what feels good to YOU.

WHERE THE TRAIL ENDS

You arrive in full daylight.

Three months from now, this could simply be the way you eat — no willpower battles, no forbidden-food lists, no starting over on Monday. If this trail looks like one you want to walk, let’s talk it through.
